Career mode youth and regen player appearances

Hey all, 

Is there a way to make EA aware of this post? I mainly play clubs and career mode, but part of the thing that kills it for me is that there seems to be about 10 generic faces per skin tone for default and youth players.  I have 3 in my youth squad ans youth scout reports that look the same. I rejected two of them because of this. 

I feel they should enable face and hair editing in the edit section. Height and weight can stay the same but their faces need to be edited.. its awful.
