EA FC 27 manager career Allow Custom positioning

On manager career mode, it would be great to be able to choose or set up custom formations or be able to move players freely in formation management.

Or at least choose a position for a player in a lone up. For example, if a player can play both CM and CDM, you should be able to freely select which of the two a player should be in a formation.
