Dear EA SPORTS Development Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the English commentary in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PlayStation 5.

First, I would like to emphasize that I genuinely enjoy the game. The gameplay, Authentic mode, player movements, and overall football experience are excellent.

However, I have noticed a significant problem with the commentary during matches.

The commentators spend too much time discussing general tactics and other topics instead of identifying the players involved in the action. Sometimes an entire four-minute half passes with almost no player names being mentioned.

I play Career Mode with Manchester United and use well-known players such as Bruno Fernandes, Kobbie Mainoo, Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, Rodrygo, Arda Güler, Matthijs de Ligt, and others. Yet their names are rarely mentioned during matches.

For example, Kobbie Mainoo is a highly valued and established player, but I hardly ever hear his name. Meanwhile, some other players, such as Youri Tielemans, are mentioned more noticeably.

For me, hearing player names is not just about atmosphere. It is also an important gameplay aid. I use the commentary to identify players quickly and decide whether to pass, shoot, or change my attacking approach.

In my experience, previous editions of EA SPORTS FC mentioned player names more frequently.

I would therefore like to suggest the following improvements:

1. Increase the frequency of player-name commentary during possession, passing, and attacking situations.
2. Expand and improve the database of recorded player names.
3. Reduce repetitive general tactical commentary during active play.
4. Introduce a commentary setting that allows players to choose how frequently player names are spoken: Low, Normal, or High.

I believe these changes would significantly improve immersion and make Career Mode more enjoyable.

I appreciate the work your team has put into FC 27, and I hope you will consider this feedback in a future update.
