Feedback: Overpowered Skill Move Spam and Need for Skill Chaining Cooldowns
Summary:
Right-stick skill moves remain excessively overpowered, allowing players to chain complex maneuvers consecutively with zero recovery delay. This turns matches into an arcade-like spectacle rather than realistic football and severely undermines defensive balance.
Core Issues:
- Unrestricted Chaining: Immediate chaining of consecutive skill moves eliminates tactical decision-making and rewards pure right-stick spamming.
- Defender Stun Glitches: Rapid skill execution frequently breaks defender tackle collisions and causes automated defensive freezes, even when manual positioning is spot-on.
- No Risk/Reward Penalty: Chaining multiple difficult maneuvers incurs negligible penalties to ball control consistency or physical balance.
Proposed Solutions:
- Internal Input Delay / Cooldown: Implement a mandatory transition delay between back-to-back skill moves to stop instant chain abuse.
- Exponential Error Decay: Apply heavy error scaling and loss of control for attempting more than one or two consecutive skill moves in rapid succession.
