How are stadium announcer player-name callouts selected and updated in FC 27?

In FC 27, after a goal, the stadium PA announcer reads the squad number and player name for many players. However, there are also quite a few players whose names are not announced.

I’m curious about how this feature is handled behind the scenes rather than asking about one specific player.

How does EA decide which players receive recorded stadium-announcer name callouts?

Are these recordings connected to player/team authenticity data, recording availability, leagues, or another system?

Also, are additional player-name recordings ever added during the year through title updates or other updates?

Finally, is there an official place where players can report missing stadium-announcer names for specific players?

I really enjoy this feature because it adds a lot to stadium atmosphere and Career Mode immersion, so I’d love to understand how it is maintained.
