Improve anti cheat bot system and the following appeal process.
I do understand that there needs to be a system monitoring the transfer market, and I do understand this system needs to be automated in some way. However, this system is faulty, as I among seemingly many others have been falsely flagged for coin distribution. That opened a big can of realisations about the poorly designed systems I have been playing under. Basically I have been accused of coin distribution, something you won't define further, I have appealed to a ToS team which ecery time responds with a template email not addressing anything I write, they claim to have done a thorough review and still only confirm the false accusation. Community managers claim this would not happen without evidence. However no communication from anyone EA has shown said evidence, referred to said evidence or specified what said evidence evidently evidences. This horrible mess could and should be improved in several different ways:
- The bot system needs work to minimize false positives.
- Sincere appeals should be responded to, not just dismissed.
- When asking to provide more information, EA should specify the accusations so the appealer knows what information to provide.
- The appeal process should of course be able to turn down appeals if actual evidence were provided. At the same time the process should be geared towards improving itself, because if not, it will only get worse.
