Subject: URGENT: Severe Middle East Server Connection Issues Since the War — Immediate Investigation Needed

Dear EA SPORTS FC Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern about the deteriorating server connection and online gameplay experience for EA SPORTS FC players across the Middle East and surrounding regions.

Before the war began, my connection to the servers was stable, and I consistently experienced around 39 ms ping, which provided a smooth and competitive gaming experience. However, since the war began, the connection has become significantly worse. Many players across the Middle East appear to be experiencing similar problems, including increased latency, unstable connections, and poor online gameplay, even when using strong, high-speed internet connections.

This raises serious concerns about possible changes to server routing, international network paths, or regional connectivity. While the exact cause is not yet clear, the widespread deterioration deserves a proper technical investigation.

EA SPORTS FC is a competitive game where every millisecond matters. Delayed player switching, unresponsive controls, slow passing, delayed skill moves, and input lag can completely change the outcome of a match. Players should not have to suffer an unfair competitive disadvantage because of connection problems beyond their control.

I respectfully request that EA SPORTS investigate the following issues:

1. Middle East server performance: Investigate why connection quality has deteriorated so significantly compared with the period before the war.
2. Server routing and latency: Check whether changes to international routing or network paths are causing higher ping and unstable connections for players in Pakistan and other Middle Eastern countries.
3. Regional connectivity: Determine whether players are being routed to different data centres or experiencing congestion and packet loss.
4. A permanent solution: Work with the relevant network providers to improve latency, stability, and overall online gameplay quality across the region.
5. Official communication: Provide an update acknowledging the issue and explain whether EA is investigating the connection problems reported by regional players.

We understand that geopolitical events and international network disruptions can be outside EA's direct control. However, we ask EA to investigate what can be done to restore a stable and competitive online experience for affected players.

We have invested our time, money, and passion into EA SPORTS FC. We deserve a fair and responsive online experience, just like players in other regions.

Please do not treat this as an isolated connection problem. Investigate the broader regional issue and help restore the connection quality we experienced before.
