Quality of the Game

Hi EA Team,

I have been playing this game for years including FIFA from around 2004 and I can only say this game keeps on getting worse. After FIFA 18, it has seen its biggest downfall. I don’t know where to start. 

Firstly, the servers are terrible, why does it say I’ve lost my connection when my internet is hard wired and has never been the issue, I am winning and the game just says I’ve forfeited. We are in 2026, the game should be able to track whether I have forfeited or not by pausing the game and quitting or turning off my console etc. You spend enough time putting this game together and it’s still so bad and I have incurred losses I should not have and my internet connection shows great connection on your reports on my account history.

Secondly, how can a through ball be altered so much that I have forbidden that button my controller because it just does not work. I can have a player that is known for passing with all the play styles and still can’t make a through ball or a five yard pass. Please go back to how FIFA was, because this game is actually getting on peoples nerves and affecting their gaming experience. 

Lastly, why doesn’t EA take opinions or ideas from people other than EA, you aren’t the consumers, we are, wouldn’t you know what we think of the game or are you just going to release things every year that you guys in the office like? I’m saying this on behalf of everyone, the game has been terrible for 8 years I’d say, each year we think it’s going to get better but no it’s getting worse. How is a playing with 75 pace catching up to a player with 93 pace, what is the point of stats if it isn’t going to show or have an output.

Please seriously reconsider the game you have released and play it for yourselves, it’s not enjoyable at all it’s gone so bad
