Same old problems

I forgot to mention the kick-off glitch, which is once again extremely common, as well as the 40th–45th and 85th–90th minutes, when it feels like the game suddenly gives one side a boost.

Apparently, my experience is becoming more and more similar to EA FC 26. 😂

I started playing some matches in "Back to Basics Exhibition". In the first three matches, I experienced most of the problems I mentioned above. I actually quit all three matches. The next three were much better, with hardly any of the issues I had described. I won them relatively comfortably.

Then came the seventh match, and it couldn't have started any worse. I immediately saw red.

How is it possible that, after all the complaints last year, we still have the same bug with pitch line colours and goal colours? Absolutely brilliant! 🙄 The match started with yellow pitch lines and red goals. And, of course, after three decent matches, I was back to a game full of problems.

To make things even worse, and to show that it wasn't simply a case of my opponent being better, I conceded two almost identical goals. My striker gets through on goal, I shoot and hit the post, the ball rebounds towards the middle of the pitch straight to my opponent, one long pass, and they score.

My opponent's toxic celebrations made the whole experience feel even more like a painful reminder of the year of frustration I went through with FC 26. 😅

Seriously, stop selling this as a completely different game. Just release a more substantial update and be done with it! Stop charging $100 for a game that isn't really new or significantly different, especially when millions are already being spent on FC Points anyway.
