The Web/Companion App HAS to be fixed

There's rumors that people are getting their players/coins stolen from the game by suddenly not being able to login, then when they do login, their players/coins are gone. The only plausible issue is that hackers are logging into players' account using the Web/Companion app, since that's the only program that normally doesn't let you login to play while you're signed in there, right?

Can you guys find a way to make the Web/Companion app more secure, if that really is the case? I'm scared to even use the damned thing now.
