Ultimate Team: Game set up is Broken STILL

Two major problems one is the same most people are discussing in ultimate team when I set up a team a formation role assignments when I start the match all my players are in different spots on the field, for example my Center back got moved to the midfield my striker got moved to the cam position, my winger got moved to the striker my other winger to the midfield, and I have to waste one of my pauses to fix the players positions because I got automatically swapped 

Number two another pet peeve I have that is still broken from last year, is the shirt assignment numbers, I build my squad, I take the time to assign the shirt number I want each player to have including my bench players my reserves and my starting 11, and anytime I change the formation the roles, tactics or sometimes even game modes when I go from Rivals to live events to squad battles, the shirt numbers always get mixed around and the game assigns random shirt numbers, I did not take the time to assign the shirt numbers on the teams that I build in order for you to come and change them on me, if I don't want any my players to wear the number 1 kit, then the game should respect that, if I assign a player the number 11 shirt and then I changed the formation of the tactics or the game mode I want the player to keep his #11, but no every time before I start a game mode I have a double check make sure the kit numbers I want there and if not I have to change them and then I waste 20 minutes trying to change kit numbers instead of playing the game, eventually I'm going to get frustrated and I'm just going to quit the game all together over something so simple yes I'm very neurotic and I'm sure there's a lot of people who are like me
