Ultimate Team Loading Screen all the time

My menus do not work, always loading taking AGES

Every day I have played this game, the FC loading icon comes up and does not let me use the menus. It will load for 1-2 minutes and then kick me off the game

I have tried every single thing google has suggested and even EA help, but nothing works
