3rd party coin sites

I see the bloggers and pros are offering discounts on 3rd party coin sites again.  And if you use them Ea will ban you.  But for some reason EA don’t ban the pros and bloggers for advertising and offering discounts and these Bloggers and pro’s amazingly all have the best teams. Surely their must be some legal issue here advertising something that can not be used.

    There are even community managers from ea in the streams of those advertising the selling of coins, others watch the videos of those selling coins, they are complicit in the distribution of coins, yet it's clear in the t&c's that advertising, selling, or distributing coins, is against the rules,
