Bots Will Destroy FC27

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well.

I would like to report an important issue regarding FC 27, as we are approaching the release of the new version.

There is currently a major vulnerability that is being widely exploited through the Companion App (Web App). In [Edit - CM], bots have been developed that use the Companion App to automatically complete SBCs around the clock, using players and items obtained through various methods, such as Daily Challenges.

These bots are generating an extremely large amount of coins in Ultimate Team, which is subsequently causing major disruptions in the Transfer Market.

I have done extensive research into how these bots operate, and I have come to the conclusion that they are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to distinguish from legitimate players.

At the same time, this behavior may not technically be considered cheating, since these bots are not exploiting a direct game bug or performing an illegal action. They are simply completing SBCs using the same mechanics that are available to normal players.

Therefore, I believe there is one effective solution:

Remove the SBC section from the Companion App/Web App and make SBCs accessible only through the console.

This would significantly reduce the ability to automate SBC completion and would be the most effective way to address this issue.

I sincerely hope EA can investigate this matter and consider implementing this change as soon as possible, especially before the release of FC 27.

Thank you very much for your time and attention.

I simply want us to have a better gaming experience and to prevent these kinds of abuses, particularly the large-scale bot activity coming from [Edit - CM]

  • They will never do anything about it. I’m sure EA employees are likely involved in the fraud themselves. Such a dishonest company that will never deserve the benefit of the doubt. They’ve proven to us how scummy they are. Not just on a business level, but on a personal level as well. This company is dead, and rotted.
