Bring back fatigue in clubs

Players shouldn’t be able to sprint around for 90 minutes with barely any consequences.

You can have a striker pressing one minute, then somehow tracking all the way back to CB the next, and they’re still running like they’ve got unlimited stamina. 🤦‍♂️

Fatigue needs to actually affect: • Sprint speed

• Acceleration

• Defensive positioning

• Pressing

• Recovery runs

• Passing/shooting under fatigue

If you want to play a high-intensity pressing style, there should be a cost. If you constantly drag your ST back to CB, they should be absolutely knackered.

Bring back realistic stamina management and make tactics have consequences.
