Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Toni Kroos player card in FC Mobile.

The card is Tradeable and has the tradeable/market icon. However, I am unable to sell it on the Market.

I have already checked and removed Toni Kroos from all of my lineups, including the starting lineup and substitutes. He is no longer assigned to any lineup, but the card still cannot be sold.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with the card’s status or my account inventory and help me resolve it?
