Why? Because they laid off everybody that actually knows how to code. Because they simply do not care. They hate their own community. They have a token “community manager” that will only comment on two line posts saying “this game is trash” (which it is), and ignore the THOUSANDS of posts explaining EXACTLY what is wrong with the game. They know. They’ve known for a long time. The majority of these problems have been known for years. But the remaining workers (especially upper management) are both incompetent AND stupid. They truly deserve the worst.
