Career mode transfer requests

Straight after the summer transfer window I have 5-6 players getting offers, when I try to block offers I’m told they’ve put in transfer requests but I never receive any mail about this. Wouldn’t be bothered if emails came through as to why and wouldn’t mind but Im rejecting offers each day in the game so takes forever to get through to the next match
