Change Edition
I bought standard edition, but i want to get the ultimate edition for earlier access now. But I cant find a place to refund. And why do I need to buy it full price again for ultimate edition?

I wanted to refund/cancel pre-order than buy it again, but on the order page it shows as fulfilled/completed, even it has not been released yet and the edition I bought is Standard. And the date I bought it was within the 14 day refund period. Is there a way I can find manual refund options.

Hey yyuan39det , there isn't an Ultimate Edition upgrade indeed, so you might want to get a refund for your Standard edition and re-order the Ultimate edition after.
