Hi guys I’ve been selected to play the beta but I can not redeem the code, it says code is incorrect o no longer valid, I tried the beta code tool to get a new one but got the same issue, can someone help me with this please

Thanks for reporting the issue. EA Support has confirmed that this is a known issue affecting many players worldwide. The team is already working on a fix, but there is currently no estimated time for a resolution. Once the issue is resolved, EA will provide an update through their official channels. For now, all we can do is wait for the fix.
