FC 27 Transfer Market works in-game but is locked on Web & Companion App
Hello EA,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC 27.
My Transfer Market is fully accessible inside the game itself. I can search for players, buy players, and list players for sale normally through Ultimate Team.
However, when I access my account through the FC 27 Web App or Companion App, the Transfer Market is still locked.
The Web App displays the following message:
“This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion App.”
This is confusing because the same account already has full Transfer Market functionality inside FC 27.
I can confirm that I have already used the Transfer Market in-game successfully — I have both purchased players and listed players for sale.
My club was also created in September 2025, and I had access to the Transfer Market in FC 26.
So my question is:
Why does my account have full Transfer Market access inside FC 27, while access to the same Transfer Market remains locked on the Web App and Companion App?
Is this expected under the new FC 27 access system, or is there an issue with my account being recognized as a returning player?
I would appreciate it if EA could clarify whether I simply need to continue playing Ultimate Team to earn Web/Companion access, or whether my account should already have received access based on my previous FC 26 activity.
