FC 27 Web App Not Letting Me Log In

Every time I try to log into the web app it says that it won't let me. I've tried multiple times and it still won't work. I logged in on an alternative account and it let me in on there. I don't yet own fc27 but I know you can access the web app for a short amount of time without the game. Another thing is that I didn't actually own the game last year but instead played it on the Luna cloud service. I'm not sure if that would bug things, but I thought it would be useful to add. I just thought it was odd that I could log in on one account but not the other. If there is any way to fix this please let me know.
