I bought some FC Points and a player pack, but I haven't received anything; I have the proof of purchase.
Compre unos FC poins y un paquete de un jugador y no me a llegado nada tengo los comprovantes.

Where did you make the purchase, and when?
In some cases, it can take a little time for purchases to show up in-game.
