FC 27 Loyalty / Returning Player Pack Missing Despite Playing FC 26

Last FC i got hacked and banned causing me to have no market however i regained access in FC26, i logged into fc27 webapp and ive got no welcome packs as well as no market. ofc i assume market access cant have nothing done about it and i just to need to regain however the missing welcome back packs is confusing. Multiple people on twitter have had the same situation of no welcome back packs and no market. Any news on this?.
