I received a code but can't find it

Hi all, I received an email today telling me that I have gotten  a code for fc27 but I can't find it anywhere( spam, promotions anywhere) and I don't know what to do. Ive tried to reply to the email saying I didn't get the code but the email address can't receive any emails according to the Email delivery system. Thoughts on what to do?

    Literally the same email received this morning, I've had the beta for like 10 years now too, so was fully expecting to get it 🤣

    Same, got that email but no previous one with the code. I have had it for the last few years also. No idea how to get in touch with them
