If anything changes, I'm sure it'll be communicated on our news page.  🙂

Then I want all my money back that I spent on building my team in FC 27 Companion app!

This is from your homepage! It clearly states that FC 27 will be available on Luna. I’ve spent 2602 SEK in the FC 27 companion app and prepared my team. Now you say it won’t be available on Amazon Luna. I want a full refund of all the FC points I bought in the app.

Hey Pahlavism,

Where are you seeing that exactly? There's no mention of Luna at all at the FC 27 homepage, and if you go to buy it only shows the following platforms:

EDIT: Are you referring to this part of the FC 27 club membership page?

Because this is in reference to FC 26. To become an FC 27 club member you need to log in to FC 26, which is supported on the platforms listed there at the time it was written. FC 27 isn't listed as being available on Amazon Luna anywhere.

So is it not or is coming to luna???

Hey purplekit912,

It's already been answered here and elsewhere on our forum: There are currently no plans to bring FC 27 to Luna.

I am requesting a full refund of the 2,602 SEK I have spent. EA’s own documentation explicitly stated that Amazon Luna was a supported platform for FC27 when I made these purchases. I can provide the original EA documentation, screenshots, receipts and correspondence as evidence.

If EA refuses to resolve this, I will formally escalate the matter in Sweden by filing a complaint with ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) and reporting the matter to Konsumentverket. I will also contact Konsument Europa regarding my consumer rights.

I would strongly prefer to resolve this directly with EA, but I am prepared to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer-protection channels.
