Game looks good fun, just like the other years I've played. However I need EA ro address wether or not the anti cheat bots and the faulty appeal process after a ban have been improved. Paying to get unfairly banned is not acceptable. Has this been addressed at all?
Community ManagerHey there kongalrex, any false positive bans are removed by the team as soon as they are aware of them.
If a ban is not removed after an appeal then it means that the team found evidence to support it.
Please do not continue to make threads like this as we consider it spam when you create multiple threads for the same issue.
We have responded to dozens of your posts and if you continue to create additional threads for the same thing, then you risk action being taken.
