League consumables are NOT in packs

There aren't any league consumables (in the transfer market) which last year were rare ones (Premier league, Seria A, La Liga, MLS). This is just ridiculous.

There are league consumables that were common last year (e.g. Turkish league, Saudi Arabia, FRA2, ITA2, etc.)
