Loyalty discounts and bonuses moving from PC to console

Hi - So I've played FC for several years on PC, and I want to move to the Xbox edition this year. EA says as long as I've logged in to EA on the game w/ my account, my loyalty bonuses are there, that seems simple and straightforward. However, how do I get the loyalty / early access purchase discount? 

From the EA FC page, if I select Xbox I'm taken to MS's webpage to purchase and there's no discounts.  Is there a way to get this, and can you confirm that no matter which platform I choose, as long as I log in w/ my EA account on the game, my loyalty bonuses and pre-season stuff will be applied?

    Thank you for your continued support of the EA SPORTS FC franchise!

    The Ultimate Plus Edition and Ultimate Edition Pre-Order Loyalty Offer requires use of the same EA account across each title that provides loyalty benefits (EA SPORTS FC 26, EA SPORTS FC 25, EA SPORTS FC 24). EA account must be associated with previously released products prior to the purchase. Discount will be applied to your order at the time of purchase.

    Since you mentioned that it isn’t appearing, please make sure you’re signed in to the correct Xbox account and that it’s linked to the EA Account associated with your eligible previous EA SPORTS FC titles before completing the purchase.
