Missed Pre-Order content due to multiple time out errors whilst purchasing

Hi Everyone,

 

Wondering if anyone else had this experience?

 

I tried to purchase the pre-order on 31st August (before deadline) but the purchase would not complete and time-out. I tried across multiple platforms and still, same issue occurred.

 

Noticing the email it had a countdown to when the bonus content would expire and to complete pre-order before this, I purchased gift cards from the shops, came back to purchase and was unsuccessful still...

 

I tried contacting livechat for help and they were unable to do so. I ended up with the Ultimate edition, not ultimate plus as desired and have tried to get this rectified, stating funds are ready to go for the upgrade and nothing can be done apparently.

 

this is the 2nd year in a row such error has happened and it has left me questioning if I want to continue playing, which being a FUT Founder and playing since day 1 is a massive call.

 

Any feedback is welcome and I know I left it to the last minute but moneys tight ok...

    Thank you for supporting the franchise. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced while trying to complete your pre-order.

    The Ultimate Plus Edition was presented as a limited-time, pre-order-exclusive offering, with its additional benefits included in that edition. It had been available for around a month, so unfortunately, we’re not able to extend or retroactively apply those edition entitlements after the offer has ended.

    Regarding the payment and timeout issues you encountered, I’m sorry that support was unable to resolve them at the time. Since you finally managed to complete a purchase yourself, it would also be helpful to share the details of what happened.
