There are additional factors involved in current access to the Web App aside from just playing in the past. We wouldn't be able to go into further detail why an individual account may not have access beyond that point I'm afraid, but as long as you're not seeing a message indicating you're actually blocked from the Transfer Market, you'll be able to receive or re-gain access just by continuing the behavior mentioned below.

what about the welcome packs why are they missing shouldnt a player who spent hours of his life on the game should be rewarded with that gesture in the new title
