not able to evo newly purchased Hugo Camberos due to glitch

EA can you please fix the evolution glitch present in the FC27. I’m running a liga mx side and the previous Hugo Camberos I owned I submitted him into an SBC by mistake. I bought a new copy but it will not let me evo him. Please fix this as soon as possible. I have seen more of the player base facing this exact issue. All we want to do is evo our favorite player.
