Hello EA Support,I am experiencing a persistent gameplay issue with my primary EA account in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.My players feel unusually slow, acceleration is poor, and defensive players react slowly and struggle to track opponents or approach the ball.I have tried resetting game settings, testing my controller, and deleting game profile files. The issue persists in both online and offline modes.Important: I tested another EA account using the exact same PS5 user profile, console, controller, and game installation. Gameplay was completely normal on the other account.This strongly suggests that the issue is related to my primary EA account.I kindly request a technical investigation into my account’s gameplay data, synchronization, and any possible account-specific issues.Please escalate this case to your technical team rather than providing standard troubleshooting steps I have already completed.I would appreciate a permanent solution.Thank you.

This game is broken to the core. And be sure EA will do nothing about it, but take your money.They are not interested in fixing anything since years.This is the worst Fifa/EA FC in years.
