Pre-order FC 27 Ultimate Edition

I ordered FC 27 early in order to play 7 days early and for the 6000 FC points. I have no received any FC points associated with the rewards. 1st and 2nd drop have past and I have tried all of the help suggestions to rectify this problem including resetting the license for the game. Please help. Anyone else have this issue?

    Sorry to hear you still haven’t received any of the FC Points included with your Ultimate Edition.

    If you have already logged in to Ultimate Team and still haven’t received either of the first two drops, please contact our support team by scrolling to the bottom of the EA Help page and clicking the Contact Us button.
