Pre-order release time for standard?

Right I pre ordered the standard edition before the 21 of last month... Why can I not play it yet

You can see the full list of times below for more details on when each edition gains access, depending on your time zone and platform.

For Standard Edition on Xbox, that would be:

Standard Edition on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch

If you’ve pre-purchased the EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Standard Edition on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch, you can start playing from 12:00 AM local time on September 25.

This means for all consoles, wherever you are in the world, the FC 27 Standard Edition will release at midnight on September 25.

I'm trying to cancel it and get ultimate but I can't for some reason on xbox

Afraid we don't have any way to review or change purchases on another platform, so it would be best to reach out to Xbox Support in this case. If you're having any issues canceling a pre-order or making a purchase, they'll be able to check into this with you further.
