The beta is live now and I still haven't seen the game in my library. I already redeemed the code yesterday.
you do not need to restart your pc or log out.
simply exit the ea app and relaunch it for the closed beta download to appear in your library under 'My Games'
resetting client/pc didn't work for me, but my solution was to uninstall and re-install ea app
find the ea app in the system tray at the bottom, near your pc clock and right click on the ea app and exit, then relaunch the app. if you've already tried that then it probably hasn't rolled out to you yet so give it a bit of time.
It's there now.
