Received Europe PS5 Beta Code Instead of North America (USA)

Hello EA Community,

I was officially selected for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta and received my invitation email.

However, the email contains a PlayStation 5 – Europe beta code, even though I live in New York, United States (North America) and my PlayStation account is registered in the United States.

I tried using the official EA Beta Code Tool, but it says that my beta code is invalid.

I also contacted EA Support through live chat. The advisor checked with their team and told me that other players are experiencing the same issue. They also explained that they cannot replace beta codes or issue a new one, and they advised me to post my case here so the Community Manager or the Playtesting team can review it.

Could someone from EA please check my account and confirm if my invitation was assigned to the wrong region?

If this is a mistake, I would really appreciate receiving the correct North America (USA) PlayStation 5 beta code.

I was very excited to participate in the Closed Beta and help by providing feedback.
