Unable to submit ban appeal, error "Case not created"

Question

Hello EA team,My banned EA account email: [edit: email address removed]My account is permanently banned.When I try to submit an appeal in Penalty History, it keeps showing "Case not created", I cannot create the appeal ticket.I never used cheats, hacks, scripts or shared my account. I think this ban is a mistake.Please help forward my case to the ToS review team.Thank you.
