unfair matchmaking

im doing champs and so far im going 2-2 which is not usual but then again the people im losing to are what i think the highest was 9-1? and was way above me and what im also seeing is that idk if its just me or not but i swear that some people just have ai defending when it was said to be insanely nerfed but peoples ai's are just moving in the best positions possible and intercepting without the person controlling it???
