Hello EA Support, my phone was hacked and someone gained unauthorized access to my FC 27 account. Several players were stolen from my account. I did not make or authorize any of these transactions. Please check my account activity and help me recover what was taken. Thank you for your help.

What I do suggest you to do is to ask help to the EA support, if you have not done it yet. In order to do that, move to the following link

and clic Contact us, then explain your situation in the window chat with IA. It will be reviewed by an EA vendor that will reply to you as soon as possible.
I’ve already tried, but I still can’t get in contact with anyone from EA Support. They keep telling me that they can’t help me, and I haven’t been able to open a proper case. I just want to find a way to recover what was taken from my account. If you can help me figure out how to contact the right team, I’d really appreciate it.
