Why do you (EA and Admin) ignore so many posts relating to gameplay issues?

EA_LunardustCat​  developers improving the game?? 😂😂 dont make me laugh  the game is always fine on release and in the beta pretty much , but this gameplay is garbage . So they have  changed it , its completely different from release , so how on this earth are they improving it ?? This company has had around 4 to 5 years on next gen to massively improve the game, even the commentator cheats ,  but the game  just gets  worse and worse each year . I tell you what the release version of the game this year was ok but you lot have trounced it,  perhaps you should ask your developers to watch games of football and compare the two because this rubbish is nowhere near  professional football levels ,  even an under 5s level of the  game is more realistic and  enjoyable .

By focus you mean avoiding the community? So many issues we all want addressed, yet they do nothing but throw us bones no one asked for. You can see throughout the whole forums of changes people want yet they don’t listen. They need to take action and accountability. 

We pass as much player feedback and issue information as we can to the studio, and whenever we have a confirmed update that we’re able to share, we will.

For a reported bug, I understand the expectation: "I reported this, so when will it be fixed?" There can be a lot of work happening behind the scenes before a fix is ready. The process can also vary significantly depending on the issue, so we can’t always provide a timeframe.

Feedback about changing gameplay or a particular system is different. You can see examples of that approach in the recent Launch Feedback Update, where the team outlined topics they’re monitoring, issues they’ve identified, and areas where they want to be careful before making changes.

Thousands and thousands of posts that have been in this forum since the beta period that you just ignore. No reply, no transparency, nothing. So stop playing dumb. We understand that you’re beyond incompetent, and flat out don’t care. Your company is now defaulting on debt obligations. It’s only a matter of time before you stop receiving a paycheck. Having the scarlet letters of EA, will insure that you remain unemployed. And honestly, you deserve it. Stop with your arrogant bs.

these greedy people just flat out don’t care. Stop playing this garbage game, and hit them where they notice. When the money stops, so will their bs. It’s time to organize, and fight fire with fire.

Of course not, that would require both transparency AND effort. Two things an EA employee doesn’t understand. Thank you for proving our point for at least the 4th year in a row. I’ll give you this though, you definitely play the role of an incompetent Reddit mod extremely well.

And it really shows just how well our reports are being handled... For nearly a month now, we’ve been reporting issues with the web app and the TRIAL version—neither of which work anymore after having played the LITE version. Many people have spent money on an EA PLAY subscription to try out the TRIAL, and now they can’t even play... A stellar example of efficiency and promptness, I’d say...

EA_LunardustCat​  apart from all the issues that are currently gameplay stuff can i ask why do you not open the edit mode so we can update the game instead of waiting months or seasons for your team to do it the game is already outdated even if its just offline only . Loads of players need attention Madueke,  Gibbs-white grealish to name a few ,  there's loads all need updating had no attention for years so why can't we do it i paid £90 for this game is cant even do some simple customisation that other games let you do . Kit clashing why can't we change socks shorts goal keeper tops add proper training tops I want to be in control of my game not wait ages for you lot to do it thank you
