York City and Rochdale and other new teams having plain white kits

So I've been playing career mode with York City my supported team irl and they play in a blank, default fc white kit not the kits they have irl. Is this a glitch or will the kits only be available at launch? 

The game kit randomiser for a match has also given me alot of kit clashes too with these "white" kits.
