Can’t connect to EA servers in Hong Kong

I am having the same issue connecting to the game and am also from Hong Kong. I have tried all suggested solutions including rebooting my PS5 and modem, reinstalling the entire game, connecting to a personal hotspot instead of wifi. Nothing seems to fix the issue. Can someone help?

I’ve tried to change my DNS setting to Hoogle and Cloudfare, no luck. And I reboot modem everyday…

I fixed it, it was a home network problem for me. Seems like it happens with PCCW/HKT users in Hong Kong, although I never had a problem until FC 27.

Changing DNS settings and rebooting the modem was all it took to fix it. These screen shots might help others having the same problem.  Good luck!

Same situation here…

Based on the feedback in this thread alone, multiple players are experiencing the exact same issue. Additionally, similar reports have surfaced across separate threads here and on local community forums.

Given the consistency of these reports across different users and setups, I would hardly consider it as a home network system issue. Could the team look into this further?

That friends of yours on the same ISP can play would point to a home network or system issue 14b1161549dec4f7​ 

If it was game related I would expect to see others impacted.

Tried using wifi, using lan wire, mobile hotspots. Changed DNS, changed MTU settings, IP, everything. Even deleted the game and reinstalled. All of these doesn’t work as the same thing pops out: You have lost your online connection. Check your home network.

my friend using the same ISP was playing the game while i sat there trying everything just to connect the game.

Every game is different 14b1161549dec4f7​ as is the routing. 

Others working means little as it can be an issue with just one game. 

Have you tried a different network to see if it makes a difference?

Same. Funny enough my network works for any other games including FC26 but not FC27.
