I have been experiencing serious connection issues in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5 for over a month, especially during evening hours.

My ping normally stays around 5-6 ms but frequently fluctuates to 15-30 ms during matches, causing jitter, packet loss, connection warnings and severe input delay.

Other online games work normally.

I have contacted my ISP, TurkNet, multiple times and provided extensive test results. They claim their network has no issues and have redirected me to EA.

I request a technical investigation into the routing between TurkNet and EA game servers, including potential peering, transit, congestion and data center connectivity issues.

Please escalate this case to your network engineering team and investigate the affected server routes during peak hours.

I would appreciate clarification on whether the issue originates from EA infrastructure or ISP routing, supported by technical findings rather than generic troubleshooting advice.
