I have the same issue since the 21st. I ve made several reports and reposted my issue multiple times. STILL NO RESPONSE, i did all the troubleshooting steps and tried 3 different networks. It's not an ISP nor my laptop's issue. It's an EA issue

    Is it still not working for you? For me it isn't. I am trying to contact the support i hope they will do something.
