Disable Mouse/Keyboard

Hello,

is there any way to disable the Mouse/Keyboard completly upon opening the game?

currently when I try to play.... it switches the controller off for matches..... 
in the menu's it works fine.... but once starting Rivals/guantlet etc etc.... I simply cannot use the controller and only keyboard.... so cannot play the match and automaticly lose / have to leave....
