EA Help chatbot loops and won't connect me to a refund advisor

Hi everyone,

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC through the EA app today. My order status is Completed, but the refund option is missing from my order history.

When I contact EA Help, the chatbot repeatedly sends me the same message asking me to answer a few questions before connecting me to support. It keeps repeating this message, and I cannot reach a human advisor.

Has anyone faced this issue? How can I contact a real EA support agent or submit a refund request?

    Hey surajongame​, 

    Just to confirm, have you tried using our Refund Tool instead? If FC 27 still isn't appearing as an option there, please try using this web form to get in touch with our live support team, and they can review your refund eligibility. Once you're redirected to the self-service page, there should be an option to chat with an advisor near the bottom of the page.
