Re: FC27 EA Play Trial says it's expired on first launch

Hi, I’m having the exact same issue with the 10-hour EA Play trial of EA SPORTS FC 27 on Xbox Series X.

I subscribed to EA Play specifically to play the FC 27 trial. I only played 1 hour and 6 minutes, and I have a screenshot showing this. After that, I stopped playing for around 7 hours and completely closed the game. I did NOT leave it in Quick Resume because I knew the trial time could continue counting.

Now, when I launch the game, it first shows “Continue my trial”, but once I enter the game, it says that my trial has expired.

I should still have around 8 hours and 54 minutes remaining. This clearly looks like a problem with the trial timer.

I paid for EA Play specifically for this trial and now I can’t use it. Please check my account and restore the remaining trial time. I can provide screenshots showing both the 1h06m playtime and the “trial expired” message.
