PC-FC 27 Closing with no errors

Subject: Constant Freezing and Crashing to Desktop - EA SPORTS FC 27 (High-End PC)

Hi EA Support Team,

I am experiencing persistent crashing issues with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC. The game randomly freezes for a few seconds and then crashes directly to the desktop without any error code or message.

This behavior is completely unpredictable - sometimes it happens during a match, and other times right as a match is starting. Interestingly, I experienced the exact same freezing and crashing issue with FC 26 on this same system.

Given my PC specifications, this is definitely not a performance or hardware limitation issue:

- CPU: Intel Core i7-14700KF

- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070

- OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)

Troubleshooting steps I have already performed:

1. Verified/Repaired game files through the EA App / Steam.

2. Performed a clean installation of the latest GPU graphics drivers.

3. Capped the framerate (Max FPS) in NVIDIA Control Panel to match my monitor's refresh rate.

4. Set power management mode to "Prefer maximum performance".

5. Disabled all in-game overlays (EA Overlay, Discord, NVIDIA GeForce Experience).

6. Ran both the EA App and FC27.exe as Administrator.

7. Reinstalled and repaired the EA Anti-Cheat component.

Since the issue spans across consecutive titles (FC 26 and FC 27) on a clean, high-performance system, it seems to be related to a specific compatibility issue, DirectX conflict, or Anti-Cheat crash.

Could you please analyze this issue or advise on specific launch options / log gathering steps (such as DXDiag or crash dumps) to help resolve this?
