FC 27 EA Play/Game Pass entitlement not recognised on PC – You don’t have access

I’m having an issue accessing FC 27 through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate / EA Play on PC.

My Xbox account has Game Pass Ultimate and is correctly linked to my EA account.

 FC 27’s 10-hour EA Play trial works normally on Xbox using this account.

On PC, FC 27 appears as included with EA Play/Game Pass in the Xbox app.

When I try to install it, the Xbox app hands the installation over to the EA app, but the EA app says:

“You don’t have access. We’ve cancelled the download because you don’t own this game.”

The same issue occurs on *two completely different Windows PCs*, so it isn't specific to one PC.

FC 25 installs and works normally on PC through Game Pass/EA Play using the same account.

FC 26 also gives the same “You don’t have access” error on PC.

I have cleared the EA app cache, logged out/in of both Xbox and EA, restarted both PCs, and checked that the correct Xbox account is linked to the EA account.

I have also submitted an EA Error Reporter report.

Could someone please check whether the EA Play/Game Pass PC entitlement for FC 27 is being correctly recognised against this EA account?
